Romantic Spring Elopement In Northern Virginia

Mar 25, 2020

Amanda & Kyle

When two people are meant to be together it shows. Regardless of the circumstances, making the best of them is truly what matters. During these crazy times I have had quite a few couples decide to put their larger wedding celebrations on hold and opt for an intimate elopement instead. Earlier this week, Amanda and Kyle decided to do just that.

These love birds had planned to have a romantic wedding at the Good Stone Inn in April, but with the closures of COVID-19, A&K had to postpone. Despite being forced to move their wedding celebration, they decided they wanted to tie the knot anyway.

Earlier this week I was able to witness Amanda and Kyle become husband and wife! (How lucky am I?!) After their ceremony, we spent almost two hours taking bride and groom portraits! My photographer’s heart was on fire! I absolutely LOVE when couples invest in bride and groom portraits. At the end of the day, you will pass down your wedding portraits for generations. Making them a top priority is always a must!

To Mr. and Mrs. K. Brooks – CONGRATS! You’re OFFICIALLY Hubby and Wife! I am so happy for both of you and I’m honored I got to be there to witness your special day! Lots of hugs!
